Attracted by music and nature, he is gifted with an extremely manual skill. At the age of twenty years old, the visit to a violin maker radically changes his life of student of Science of materials: after having filed the waiver to the studies at the University, he immediately commences to attend the Civica Scuola di Liuteria of Milan. In 2003 he achieves, with full marks, the Specialization Diploma in bow instruments making; continuing the attendance of the workshops of his masters, he deepens the knowledge of the technique, theory and practice of the art. He also applies himself to the art of restoration (already studied at school under the guide of M° Gabriele Negri), in which he specializes attending the workshop of M° Carlos Arcieri (from New York).

In 2004 opens his own activity in Milan.

In occasion of the reopening of the “violin maker workshop” (donation of the Bisiach family), he collaborates with the Science and Technology Museum of Milan for the realization of didactic panels illustrating, through pictures and inscriptions, all the phases of the making of a violin.

He advises Paola Calvetti, author for the publisher Bompiani, to reports in the book accurate descriptions of an antique violin and the cleaning and restoring operations of a fortepiano of the 19th century.

In 2005 he is admitted to the Association of Italian Violin Makers (ALI) as well as to the Associazione Liuteria Parmense.

From 2006 to 2008 he is responsible for bowed instrument of Daddario Italy and Bode srl.

In 2008 he was awarded Silver medal for cello in Pisogne Competition.

In 2008 he was awarded Silver medal for violin in Pisogne Competition.

In 2012 he win special price for acoustic with a copy of a violin G.B. Guadagnini In 2012 he win the bronze medal for cello at Triennale competition of Stradivari Foundation.

Since 2008 he is teacher in Violin Making school of Milan.

His instruments are playd by the musicians of Teatro La Scala, Accademia Bizzantina, Enseble of Jordi Savall, Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi and many others.
